HELP - Extreme Summit X450a-48T problem...maybe bad image

Hello, I'm very new to networking and to Extreme. I posted this a few weeks ago and it seems to have been deleted. I have three of the before mentioned X450a-48t switches and they all were running fine until recently. Now when I try to access them I get this error that repeats until the switch locks up.

Time to contact your support vendor or Extreme directly. Have been hit with a few switches that have done the same. They need to be replaced. I had Extreme confirm a faulty batch of switches with Memory issues.

I had tried to change the bootrom/image but no joy, just does the same. Pick up the phone :(
