Help Excel 97 printing problem

I have a formatted spreadsheet on my computer in a print preview everything fit on the page. when i open the same spreadsheet on someone else computer on the network it doesn't fit all the columns on the page. We can use the fit to page command as when i do that it comes out to small to fax.

any help would be greatful

I've had the same problem although in another program (PDF viewing). The difference I've seen is usually due to one of the computers (either yours or the user) not having the latest and/or correct print driver for the user's default printer.

For instance, I had an issue with an old HP print driver for a newer printer on an HP printer. Reports that I would print looked okay, but when I'd send them out, other's had all kinds of border issues. I went to

downloaded the latest print driver (they are free), re-installed the default printer using that new driver and that solved the problem.
