HELP!!!! etherchannel configuration needed

Hi. This is not to hard. Hopefully the following will help. If you still not sure, drop a line here:
On each of your connecting ports add the command "channel-group 1 mode desirable non-silent" , this should bring up your etherchannel , verify with the "show etherchannel detail" command. Also put the ports into the access that you want o use with "switchport access vlan XX command . Make the port a non routed port before doing all these commands .
