Dear all,
as a technical supporter I get lots of problems at my desk. but one of them, really blows my socks off. When starting Extra! on an XPpro PC (only one user with this problem) it gives following errors: "Line 26; Object set to nothing; stopping Macro playback" and the whole program exits. We don't use any special macro's at the startup, but it does launch 2 x IDMS and 1 x TSO. Maybe an interesting detail: it doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes.
I deleted everything on the HD (including registry) related to Attachmate and re-installed the whole program, but no effect. I'm getting kind of desparate overhere and was wondering if one of you guys could help me out. It would be great!!
