Hello all,
I have sucessfully deployed an upgrade of Office 2003 from Office 2002 via a group policy and using the Office 2003 resource kit.
I have only one little problem.
When my users run for the first time Outlook 2003 they get an error open Outlook. I check the evenlog and I have:
" Detection of product '{90E00409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9}', feature 'OutlookUserData', component '{8ADD2C9C-C8B7-11D1-9C67-0000F81F1B38}' failed. The resource 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\UserData' does not exist."
Word, Excel etc load fine upon first use.
I used the Office 2003 reskit to create a profile then Custom install wizard to create a transform.
Office gets deployed without errors.
What am I doing wrong? I am so close to cracking this but yet so far...
Any help most appreciated as this test PC has to go live.
Thanks,
Rob
