HELP!!! Error Bad image header: Unix.Servers_1022341405_FULL

Hi all

Keep getting Error Bad image header: Unix.Servers_1022341405_FULL in NetBackup 3.4.1. The trouble shooting guide recommends removal of 0 byte files from the image database. Have done that, but that doesn't seem to fix the problem. 0 byte files keep getting generated . Suggestions on how to avoid the recurrance of the problem would be appreciatred.
