I have an old Nortel Enterprise Edge that once or twice a week will exibit problems like voicemail failure, or all but 1 phone will stop ringing. Once the system is restarted, it will work fine for a while. Could it be the mother board?
There is a sticker on the back left corner of the unit.
This sticker has a part number that starts with NT7B10xxxx.
The part number will indicate if the unit falls within the scoped of the known issue with capacitors on the motherboard. The symptom matches up.
