HELP! entering date range in reports

How do I produce a report, so that when it runs, the user will be prompted to enter start and end dates, and the report will return all records between those 2 dates.

If your report is based on a query, enter something like the following in the criteria section of the date field:

Between [Enter start date] And [Enter end date]

This will prompt the user for the two dates....

Go into the query feeding the report, in the date field you are trying to restrict and enter this in the criteria:

Between [Enter Start Date:] And [Enter End Date:]
