help...duplicate batch in Aloha

Hello,
Running Aloha 5.3.23 and we lost our internet connection yesterday. Now I get a message duplicate batch. How can I proceed? Is there a way to separate yesterdays transactions from todays? Thanks!!!!

Call your processor and make sure they did indeed get the batch in question. That way, you'll know you have your money, and that you're not double charging others. That's first and foremost.

If it did go through, the solution should be pretty straight-forward (post back with your findings).

If it didn't go through, the processor might have to delete the batch on their end, and let you re-submitt it.
