Hi,

Here are a couple of things to try:
1 - Re-Write the preferences files (hold Ctrl+Shift+Alt) while PS is starting) and choose to re-write the preferences
2 - Re-Install Photoshop
3 - try this other post thread229-229142

Hope this helps! NATE

Nate,
Tried that cntr/alt/shft but got a different problem.
How do I drop a graphic onto the reply area so you can see what it says.

Terry,

"How do I drop a graphic onto the reply area so you can see what it says."

What do you mean by that. The Reply Area. Did you get an error when you held Ctrl+Shift+Alt when starting up?

Nate,
My mistake I was not clear. When I asked how to drop graphic in the reply area I meant the area in this forum where I asked the question. Like the logo you drop in when you answer. I have a capture of the warning I get now in PS after I did what you suggested and wanted you see it but don't know how to put it in the reply area.
Thanks,
Terry

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

You want to put a picture in as part of your post.

type this in your post (make sure you include the brackets and change the URL to your URL)

Before hitting submit though, press preview to make sure you have the picture correct.

I would suggest you just provide a link to the picture though, in case it is too big for the screen. Besides Tek-Tips might remove the picture if it is too big.

Hope this helps! NATE

Nate,
Don't have a web site yet but here is warning.
Microsoft Internet Explorer

CannotFind"file:D:program%20FilesAdobePhotoshop%206.0HelpHelp.htm: Make sure path or internet address is correct.

By the way I can go into the file folder and find Help and get it to work from there.
Muc: drive is operating ssystem only and ia seperate hard drive.
Drive D and E are on a seperat hard drive. D is for programs only and E is for data only. Other than that I can get to it by going to the Adobe file folder. just annoying as heck.
Thanks for patience and help.
Terry

Thanks Nate. I've sort of came to that conclusion also.
