HELP! DHCP RH9

Hi,

I installed RH9 a couple of days ago, but am having some truoble with DHCP. Here's some info:

1. If I set the IP manually everything works fine.
2. Windows XP is also installed and DHCP works fine when I boot XP.
3. Here is the output of "dhclient -d -1 eth1":

DHCPOFFER from 212.56.147.1
DHCPREQUEST on eth1 to 255.255.255.255 port 67

(It keeps looping like this)

-It seems that my ISP is sending an offer and my comp is requesting the offered IP, but no ACK is being recieved. Either the ISP isn't sending an ACK or my machine is dropping it.

4. Firewall is disabled.


Can anyone help?!? PLEEASE!
