Help Desk Software 2

I am looking for recommendations for a good Help Desk Software. I am familiar with Track-It and looking for other ideas. We are a small to medium size business with 3 Techies in IT. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I am using HelpSpot, and love it.. it is very simple to use, and web based.

Users can submit requests via a web form, or email. Very configurable.

I've used it in the past, and find it reasonable, and it's free for up to 3 techs.
