Help Desk Remote Control Closes SMS w/o error

Every thing on sms is working fine except when I to help desk and use remote control. At this point SMS closes completely and with out errors. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

the problem is a dll sightnt.dll

find this file and change it for another one...
