I have an Option 11C with Call Pilot and 3904 phones. My boss wants to set up a help desk phone with a DN 5865. If that phone is busy or not answered, he wants the call to ring on 5 other phones, so that the caller always gets to talk to a real person (the other phones are already set up with their prime DNs). Any suggestions??
