I am using an S8500 Media Server and an Intuity VM system.
We have a help desk # and VM box that were setup before my time. There is an off hours message that is currently active from 8am-5pm. The helpdesk's hours are actually 8:30-5:30 and they would like to change the hours that the message changes for offhours. Also, currently, the schedule is the same for Saturday and Sunday, and they want to know if the off hours message can be active all day on those days. I have looked around in the PBX and Intuity, and cannot find where this schedule is.
