I have 10 people setup to answer the help desk phone. The help desk line is set to primary key 0 and rollover key 1. The other nine people have the help desk line and rollover line set to key 3 and 4.

When the help desk phone rings, and is picked up, that phone does not display another help desk call on the second line.

If I test and call the help desk and don't answer then call again, I can then see both help desk line ringing.

This is a problem for the main person who is here alone because if their on a call, they have to run to another persons phone to get the other call.

LHK is set to 5 on the Help Desk Phone

best bet would be acd.. the next would be a mix of mcr/mcn keys.. or to prevent the ringing on the remote set problem.. add all 10 phones to the same pickup group... cls gpua pua and add a rnp key.. another solution i've used is have the main dn fna and/or hunt to an area ringer or chime.. then use pick or dn pick on that anaolg...

do you have more then one app of 7350? if so lhk will only work during the ring cycle.. an mcr is only busy during ring cycle or when all app are on a call.. so if that user is off hook on key 0, the next call rings somewhere else. i would use

key 0 mcr 7350
key 1 mcr 7350
key 2 mcr 7350
key 3 mcr 227350

lhk 4.. during ring cycle key 3 would ring for a second call to 7350. then fdn that to the next station.. best bet is to make 3 the primary mcr on the next set in the chain as opposed to a non did.. leave the marp on the users phone.. here in the switch i have mcr 4940 on 0 and 1 with hills did 5940 as key 2, he had twin mcr's with eddies did as key 2, eddie has 6940 plus key 2 as my 4940.. that with a pick up group and it's almost impossible to get a busy.. of course we seldom answer... that's why they bought cp

Thank You Johnpoole, that actually worked for me.

Also you have CSD on KEY 2 and you can humt across a feature KEY.

ace is right (of course) you can use a feature key to build two short hunt groups on a single phone

Another option, is delayed ringing. Give the other users an MCN appearance and set their DNDR out a 9 seconds. Set the RCO on the MCR phone to 6-8 rings. Not perfect but it works too.
