Has anyone used any type of CD ROM knowledge pack for information about hardware, software, operating systems, and such to help diagnose and answer questions for users?

I have TrackIT and would like to integrate something like that with the package. We seem to return to hardware issues a lot - so this forum seems appropriate to the topic.
