Hi guys
It't been a while Things are running smoothly

But I need some advice on an issue.

At my company they use a help-desk system for the IT support, the manager of the department whats to program the ext to do the following have an announcement daily before 7am and after 5pm these are the none working hours for staff.

What's the next step ? Creating a holiday table ?
 
Holiday tables are for days you're closed. You'd update that every year for 'the first saturday in september' for labour day.

If there's a vector involved, you can just say 'go to another step with my out of hours announcement if <7h00 and >17h00'
 
how would we know your requirements, this is a management question
 
If you have vector, then you can also use service hour tables, to set the hours.
 
So guys I created the VDN & Vector

But I'm having an issue now with regard to the time of day.

I will attach an image so you can see what I did.

The calls ring at the programmed ext ........... but when i set the step for hearing the announcement at a set time frame it does not work.
What am I missing ?
