Hi folks, my computer was infected with the I love you virus and after running both mcafee and norton, I got rid of most of them. The problem is that there are still 47 infected files that are caught during subsequent scans. Norton will quarantine them but when I select delete, they won't be deleted. Does anyone know how to delete them? As of today, I've updated the virus definitions and re-ran the scan but the same thing. Any help anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
