Help deleting a info box 2

MICS with Norstar flash 2 version 2.0.1 Working on a service order for a customer. Work requested is to add VM box to ext 1933. Error says mailbox exists. Feature 980 input 1933 try to leave a msg to confirm its there.......comes up immediately with info box! There is no CCR tree built enabled or one built and disabled.
There are no specialty or guest mailboxes in use.
It does not allow you to delete, modify or chg the info box that is apparently assigned to 1933 in feature 983. You can open it at the set in Feature 981 and chg the greeting however it does not play anywhere.
The call forward is set to go to VM after 4 rings similar to the other 30 working extensions do. Call it and after 4 rings it goes to general delivery mailbox. I simply want to add a normal VM to that extension. I think i've tryed almost everything. Have I ???

I'm not sure if this is totaly correct it's been a while since I've seen it but try when you get into f 983 mbox/del/press 1 (one)I think it changes it to Info Mboxes.Then del. I do know when creating Mboxes to make a info mbox after add press 1 and it lets you add an info MB.

Thank you so much cook1082 u were so right. F983 to mailbox and press 1 at it worked perfectly allowing me to delete the info box and build the new mailbox properly. Thank you!
