I have a Clipper 5.2 Application running with NT4, out of 50 users only 2 station generates the following error:
DBFCDX/1011 Write Error
Any ideas how to solve it?
The files are set to 120
The set clipper command is set to:
SET CLIPPER=f120;e:0

HELP PLEASE?

A write which should have worked failed. This would occur if the media failed, or if a physical lock on the region existed. Be sure to release all file and record locks as soon as you can, to avoid contention.

From the NG docs:
DBFCDX/1011 Write error

Explanation: A write error occurred on the specified file.

Action: Check to make sure that sufficient disk space and directory entries are available. Make sure the file is not marked read-only. In a network environment, make sure the application has the necessary rights to write to the file.

See Also: Network Programming chapter in the Programming and Utilities guide...

Regards ;)

Your clipper switch environment should read correctly:
SET CLIPPER=/F:120
