HELP!!!!!!! DBCA does nothing

Problem with creating database with Database Configuration Assistant.
After I filled all paramaters I can save it as Template, But when I choose Create Database, the "Finish" button does
nothing.

I got the same problem and opened a TAR on Metalink.
When I'll resolve this problem I'll post you the solution.
