Help..database recovery/restore failed with unexpected error message??

I keep getting the following message, and cannot seem to find where a resolution on how to correct the problem:

Message in event ID is as follows:

services (640) database recovery/restore failed with unexpected error - 1216

There is no exchange on the server, which I thought may be causing the error. Any thoughts as to why this is happening are greatly received!!

I think the issue may be Sharepoint, as I cannot start the SQL Agent for Sharepoint.

Apart from that, I have Veritas which uses SQL, although the full SQL Server is not installed on the server.

Any thoughts?

Can you get the SQL Server for share point running? The Agent won't start if the SQL Service isn't started.
