I am converting some databases from 97 to 2000 - and have read here that I need to do something with the DAO library reference in 2000. Can I get step by step instructions? When I am in 2000 and I look in the references, select the DAO 3.6 Library and move it up in priority (which I read that I needed to do), I get an error "Name conflicts with existing module, project, or object library".
Also, for DIM statements - such as DIM ws as workspace do I just need to add DAO.workspace for it to work? I think I need to do it for workspace, database, and recordset. Any others?? The help section is very confusing to me - so any help here would be great!!
