I have been looking at the Citrix site for help customizing the "look and feel" of the NFuse17 login page. I know that much of it is in the .inc files that the gPropKey.StaticString calls. The problem is there are NO .inc files in the specified directory. I ran a search on the machine for the welcome.inc, it returned with no results. The machine is setup to display hidden files and folders, and hide system files is deselected. Logic dictates the files MUST be present since they are being called and responding. Any ideas where they might be hiding?

Thanks

Carefull as Nfuse 1.7 is an "old" product, any reference might have be changed to Web Interface.
all include files should be in the if I remember correctly.

I would suggest you upgrade to WI 2.x anyway.

Oops...sorry, forgot that I upgraded to WI. Ignore the above post.

I checked there, the only include files are under NFuseAdmin. I ran a search on the Citrix directory and only came up with 11 files all in NfuseAdmin. Then I ran a search on the entire C:\ and found misc. inc file that had nothing to do with NFuse. Kind of strange since it looks like they are responding to the calls made to them.

Got it. The global.asa has an entry:
<OBJECT ID="gPropKey" RUNAT="Server" SCOPE="Application"
PROGID="com.citrix.nfuse.PropertiesKeys">
</OBJECT>

This points to the nfuse.txt file for the StaticString.

I too want to customize our web interface to the corporate look and feel. Could you tell me which file you edit to change the orginal text and wording?

I figured i out. We're running 3.0 so we have a file called webinterface.txt. Make all the changes in there and save. For the changes to take affect, you have to stop and restart the

do you have to have fr 3 to be elligible for web interface?

No, we are running FR2 with Nfuse 1.7. To make changes you need to go to the nfuse.txt file. %System root%\Program files\Citrix\Nfuse\nfuse.txt
This is where you can edit/add text for the Login.asp and frameset.asp. To find the text you want to edit look for the <gPropKey.StaticString> in the login.asp, frameset.asp, include.vbs and install.vbs. They are all under the NFuse17 folder off To have the text changes take affect go to NFuseAdmin click apply changes and apply changes.

From this thread, it looks like you want to modify the text on the page. Where do I go about changing the color scheme of the page to match our corporate look?

Go to the ASP and VBS files mentioned above. example: the logo table for the login screen starts at roughly line 160 of the login.asp. put the logo you want into the citrix\media file then change the <img src> There are multiple tables, each has it's own color scheme, it's basically trial and error. A good site for html color is:
