Help CS-1000M, I need to create a route for ip phone!!!

I am currently working with an ip telephone and trying to get it to call a digital set in another location but on the same network. When I call the digital set from the IP phone I cannot here the voice from the digital set. It appears as if I do not have a voice path setup. I was told I needed to create a route in LD 16, however I do not know for sure what prompts I need to respond to, nor what to put in them to make this setup work. I have a 32 port media gateway card, element manager and optivity manger. I do not care which one of these or ld's I use to configure this to work.

I also need help on setting up the switch to use H323 and Sip protocols for IP stations.
