HELP!! Crystal .net and Keycodev2.dll / invalid Keycode

LOADED VS.NET SR1 AND REGESTERED CRYSTAL REPORTS.NET. HOWEVER WHEN I TRY TO RUN A REPORT ON MY WORKSTATION OR MY SERVER I GET THE FOLLOWING ERROR

"CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.InternalException: Cannot find KeycodeV2.dll, or invalid keycode."

I HAVE SEEN POSTINGS ON THE CRYSTAL FORUMS OF THE SAME PROBLEM BUT KNOW SOLUTION. ANY ONE ELSE GETTING THIS ERROR OR HAVE A SOLUTION ???
