Help creating VLAN on Nortel PoE switch????

I have a Cisco UC320 that we are trying to setup for a demo. I have the phones/320 hooked up to a nortel BES50FE-12T PWR PoE switch. we had some trouble getting the phones to work and was told by our cisco guy that we need to set up the VLAN's on the switch.

he said we need to setup the voice VLAN 10.1.1.1 and match the port for the UC320 to the trunk and point the phones to the voice vlan. i have basic networking knowledge, but have never set up a vlan, and looking through the web config, i wasnt able to figure it out.

can someone walk me through setting up this voice VLAN?
