help creating glass effect round rectangles

Hi, Guys have seen a website

I would like to know if anyone can show me how to create the glass effect rounded rectangles on this webpage i.e. the green and the white effect glass rectangles.

Are there any tutorials that can help me achieve this

The shapes can be drawn using the various vector drawing tools, such as the rounded rectangle or the pen tool.

To get the shading, just add a layer style -- Inner Glow seems to be used a lot on this site, although you may need to change the blending mode to multiply instead of screen.
