Help creating an illustartion from a photographic image

Hi Guys. Want to know how I can give my rizla image a more illustration effect. See image below
I want to get it to look the same feel has the following image I have seen while brwsing the web.


As you will see the white is more of an illustration. How can I do this in photoshop

Hope someone can help cheers guys
