Hi, I am brand new to cgi and have never coded with it. I make widgets for the Yahoo! Widget engine, and I worked with a guy a while back and he made me a stats counter, but i need to change it to fit the new widget. I have attached two files. the .cgi file and the .db file. Here is what i plan to do with it. I have an account with a free cgi website. I need to have the cgi file that i can replace the names with what i want. For example, if i have many widgets, each one can have a different cgi file. So i need a cgi file that has, for example, 4 lowercase x's that i can easily go through and replace with my widget name and then upload it to my site.

Or maybe, can someone make one stats cgi file that i can do this:
creyentededios.com/stats.cgi?name=omni&add=0
and that would go to a seperate db file.

So whatever the name would be, that would go to a specific counter.

and then with the add. if it's 0, then subtract from the counter, but if its 1, then add to the counter
