Help Converting WMV to FLV??

Hi,

I have a WMV file that I need to convert to an FLV. I tried importing the file into Flash Video Converter but it gets ignored. What do I need to do?

Try converting it to something else first(mpeg or avi) or export it out of After Effects as an FLV. Im not a fan of hack solutions but these are options.
