Help Contour problem

Hi
I have a problem in Corel Draw 8 to 10.
In my work I have to interior contour anything i work.
In ver 4 and 5 this is simple and works fine.
I'm tired to work in ver 10 and export to ver 5 to do my job.
Ver 8 to 10 just don't draw the contour.

PLEASE HELP.
