Help connecting from Analysis Services 2

Hello,

I'm currently connecting to a data cube through the SQL Server Analysis Services using Excel 2007 but would like to access the same cube with Crystal.

Not exactly sure if it is possible to create the same connection with crystal or if I have to connect using ODBC?

Any thoughts would be great.

I think you'll get a better connection if you use an OLEDB connection rather than ODBC. That's how some folks I used to work with connected to Analysis Services cubes from Crystal.

We also have an Analysis Services Cube that I always assumed that Excel was the only way to connect to it outside of SQL. Your solution worked using Crystal's OLEDB connection. Neat!
