Help combining several lines into one field per parcel number

A single table was given to me to use in a report. The table is extremely large so I need to conserve as much space as possible when creating the report.

The following is an example of what I've got and what I need:
Parcel # Legal Description
-------- -----------------
01-01-21 This is the start of
01-01-21 the legal desc. and it
01-01-21 wraps like this...into
01-01-21 several fields.
01-02-23 NEW ENTRY STARTS HERE ETC...

I would just like to have:

Parcel # Legal Description
-------- -----------------
01-01-21 This is the start of the legal desc. and it wraps like this...into several fields.Don't care how long it is
01-02-23 NEW ENTRY STARTS HERE ETC...

I would rather have all the description contained in one field instead of the same parcel # over and over for each line of description!

Wow, and I though I'd come across some messy legacy schemas in the past!

I'm not clear though on exactly what you have.

Are you saying
A) Parcel is the FIELD name
01-01-21 is the contents of Parcel
and you have four records with 01-01-21 in the Parcel field?

B) You have a series of fields in the SAME record called Parcell1, Parcel2, Parcel3 etc.

C) Something else entirely.
