Help check on memory and flash card

Hi Guys,

I just bought an 1841 router from a closed-down company (because of recession), can u help me confirm what is the current memory and compact flash memory of this box?


Cisco 1841 (revision 7.0) with 114688K/16384K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID FHK11211165
2 FastEthernet interfaces
2 Serial(sync/async) interfaces
DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity disabled.
191K bytes of NVRAM.
31360K bytes of ATA CompactFlash (Read/Write)


I can really check that my Compact flash card is 32MB, but the main memory a little puzzled.

I need to upgrade this to 256 RAM and 64MB Flash.

It is 128mb, 114688+16384k = 131MB Round to the nearest available memory size. There are tons of articles though why it doesn't come out to 128MB, same reason you buy a 500gb hdd and get 468 after formatting.
