Help changing Company address in a theme WEB site

I created a WEB site using a theme.
The company address is wrong
How do I change it?
When clicking on it it brings up options in a combo box.
Company address is the option but I don't know how to edit it?
There must be a area where all these options are editiable right?

Click "Tools" menu
then "Web Settings"
next click the "Paramters" TAB
highlight the item to change
click "Modify" button
edit it and click OK
(note you can edit th eproperty name to)
And add new properties as well
Click OK to save
