[HELP] changing a Measure Map

Hello. here I am run around in a problem, I ask for your help.i have this bar that is perfect for what I want

but in the place of the month I want to put the bar of the hours, of the 0:00 o'clock until 24:00.i want to modify this , replacing the month for a bar of 0 the 24 hour.If you could give me a hand with this,so i could change the variables in the code to modify etc.thanks
