HELP!!!!!!! CCM 3.3 (4) can't installed 1

Hello everyone,
i tried to install CCM 3.3 (4)
i installed following components on Win2k Server:

-SP4
-run the Reg Hacks
-win-OS-Upgrade.2000-2-6.exe

but it's not working!!!!
I have always the following error:

"Failure occured during the Cisco Diroctory installation.
Please look at the CallManager installation log files. "


any ideas???

in the Log file is following error:

Do you have any other kind of LDAP running on this server? It's not set up as a domain controller is it?
