Help! Can't ping a netgear lan interface remotely, no internet

I'm sweating it out now! I've got a dsl internet connection at poing A. I have a cisco 678 connected to a netgear RT314 Firewall Router. I have internet services at point A and can ping the lan side interface of the netgear router from point A. I cannot however ping the lan interface of the netgear from a remote site through a cisco 1720 and Frame relay ckt back to point B. Right now, the Netgear is plugged into the network switch at point A. The 1720 is also plugged into the switch at point A. I can ping everything at Point A from Point B.

Please help me understand your topology:
---You have a 678 feeding an RT-314;
---You have a 1720 at Point A with a switch directly connected;
---You have a Point B somewhere.
Q1: Is Point A inside your 678/314 network and Point B inside your 1720/switch network? Or vice versa?

Q2: Do you have routable (ping-able from the outside) IP addresses on the inside interfaces?

Q3: If you have non-routable IPs on the inside networks, don't you need a port address translation table or equal to get through the 1720 and 678?

Q3: Why do you need the RT-314?

I have static ip's assigned to my 678 and Nat is turned off, so I need the firewall, and capability for future services over net. After looking a little longer at the problem, the solution was very simple. I had to open the subnet mask on the Lan Side interface to allow the other subnets to work. I changed mask from 255.255.255.0 to 255.255.0.0 on the Netgear Lan Interface. Thanks Anyway!!
