Help! Can't Acces CallPilot 2

Hi All,

I came back of vacation and tried to log into CallPilot on a BCM400 R3.6... its a 'No Go'. Can anyone tell how to change or default the CallPilot password without entering the current/old password? I know the default password is '0000'.

This is rather urgent, so I'm thanking all in advance for a speedy response!

Try this:

Go to a phone on the system and press Feature + 985.
Then press 9,then 73738767793 (RESETSMPSWD).


It's been awhile since I've performed this, and you may have to pay attn to the softkeys of the phone, but you should figure it out.

Does that just reset the password or does it re-initialize call pilot like the F982 - 67372867 steps?

Just resets the SM password. A reinstall resets the entire database.

It sets the CallPilot login password to its default: 0000.
