We have SMS 2.0 up and running for about 4 years without any problem. Since then we been adding some Windows XP workstation to our domain and the remote control feature does not work anymore. It would states that "Credentials Required" box in order to use remote control. I can however remote control any Windows 2000 or NT workstation without any issue. Thanks in advance for your help.
