how can i read the drive if drive was working on other computer?

u have to take over the ownership on the Folders/files u want to read.
go to drive/folder/file, right click/properties/security/advanced/owner, mark take over ownership
u need admin rights to do so

In order to be able to do what Lemon13 is suggesting you have to turn off simple file sharing.

Click the View tab, and then select the Use Simple File Sharing (Recommended) check box to turn on Simple File Sharing. (Clear this check box to turn off this feature.)

But is this your problem?

Are you putting a drive from another PC into your PC? Set the pins to slave and you should be able to see it.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
