First, always check your services. Is Internet Mail Connector starting ?

Yes services are turned on. Somehow all of our emails is getting sent to a backup email server outside our network. I found our from our provider that a MX record corrupt or something.

What do I do?

still having a problem? what's your domain name so i can look at your MX record?

Make sure that the correct IP of your primary mail server is in the MX record of the provider's DNS server or your's if you're running one.

If you're using a mail gateway, check the settings there as well to make sure mail is being correctly routed or change the routing from the backup to the primary if that's the case.

Cheers!

A great site for checking your DNS and MX records is
Take a look at all the listings and make sure your MX record is being discovered by the world.

Hope this helps,
Darrin
