HELP!!!Can I Use DTS Wizard in VB

Hi All,
I have a requirement to upload files into SQL database.There are certain
Validations, Data Formatting and filter criteria to be applied before uploading
the file., which is possible of u r uploading the file thru DTS on enterprise
manager.But, we don't want to five the users acces to sql server Enetrprse
Mngr. Is it possible to expose this funtionality of DTS in VB. Like u execute
a package using DTSRun in VB, Can u Use the Same Wizard (where u specify
the rules/formatting) in VB.NET/VB, using may be some API calls ot DTS calls.
I know, the same can be coded in VB, but if it DTS has this feature then
why not use that. I am sure i would get something from U Guys!!

Guess what, you can save a DTS package a a visual basic file! Would this help you?
