Help!!! Can I send Crystal the number of pages to print?

Hi Everyone,

I need to use Crystal Reports to print out labels.
However...
I need to print the 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 thing on each label.
the problem is Crystal will only get one record with a total
label count in it.

Crystal could not do this before... any changes?

To get multiple labels based on the number in the row, see faq767-3227. You should be able to set up a running total that resets on change of the unique row field and that add it into a formula like this:

totext({#rt},0,"")+" of "+totext({table.labelqty},0,"")
