Help - Browser Window Opens "All Completey Tiny-Like"

I don't believe that's the technical term for my problem so let me explain: when I open a new window, the window appears at the left upper corner of my screen, showing only the title bar, and must be manually dragged open. This happens each and every time I open a new window and I can't find a way to fix this. I'm guessing the solution is something very simple, but I'm having no luck... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
