Help Bringing Baseline Plus 2848SFP Back to Life!!

I attempted to install the latest software update to my 2848 switch but it never happened. The switch said it was applying the update but after 1/2 an hour no progress had been made. So I swapped it with a 2928 I had sitting around. My company does business 24/7 and when this switch got stuck updating it crippled my entire network.

The problem is the 2928 doesn't have enough ports and I desperately need to get everyone back online for tomorrow.

Is there a way to reset a 2848 that can't be accessed by the web gui? I can't see a tiny little reset button anywhere. When I power the switch on the power light is flashing green as if the switch is booting but it never stops.

Is there hope for this switch?

Nevermind, found the reset switch hiding behind a dust bunny. The switch reset into Fail Safe Mode and I was able to apply the software update successfully.
