Help BCM and recording all calls

Hello,
We have installed reporting for call center with 4 agents and 2 supervisors for the moment BCM 400 4.0 We were told all calls can be automatically recorded, but do not seem to be able to find it.
 
Calls cannot be automatically recorded. Caller Information can using Call Detail Recording. You can as a supervisor monitor call center calls of agents.

No automatic, but can change COS and use Call Pilot recording, Ftr989.

I knew that you could record using 989, but this customer was told it could automatically record all calls. Thanks again
