Help BCM 50 5.0 Call Pilot

Although Personal Target Att is not checked, the users mailbox still prompts the caller to dial 0 for an operator before the tone to leave a message, the usre does not want the caller to hear this option.

How do i make this go away?

you need to record your own personal message and dont mention dial 0.
or
you can change the class of service assigned to the extn mailbox which has the Target Attnt disabled.
